Trivia for the baseball nut in all of us!

Welcome to baseball_trivia! This is not meant to replace or compete with any existing baseball or MLB communities, but instead, it should be a place for fans to gather and enjoy trivia!

As far as the questions go, it's your call! Difficulty can be anything from pretty easy to really hard. (Nothing TOO easy please, we all know how many outs there are in an inning.) Questions can be in any format, including straight Q&A, multiple choice, polls, Jeopardy-style, or however else you want to test our knowledge. Long-term contests are fine, but if you want to offer prizes, please do so at your own expense. Anybody can contribute a trivia question.

And as far general community behavior, you know the drill. Overly abusive comments or offensive entries can be deleted. I trust you all will use your brains for your behavior as well as baseball trivia.

So let's get this show on the road.

What pitcher holds the all-time record for most runners picked off? How many?

since that record has not been kept that long, its hard to tell exactly, but the answer is

Mark Buehrle with 35 pick-offs, Mark Mulder close behind with 32...

which might not be correct, because pick-offs havent really been kept track of until fairly recently

kenny rogers i believe has 85 right now according to WEEI's broadcast of the Red Sox/Tigers game from last night. so he has a chance to break it this year.
